END MARKET TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of endmrkt.com and any purchase made from End Market LLC (“End Market,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authenticity & Brand Relationships. Every item sold by End Market is guaranteed 100% authentic. We inspect every item before it ships. End Market is an authorized retailer for select brands in our catalog, purchasing directly from the brands, their showrooms, and licensed distributors. For all other brands, we operate as an independent reseller sourcing authentic product; those brands do not sponsor or endorse End Market. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Products & Pricing. We work hard to display products, conditions, and prices accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price — including after an order confirmation has been sent. Product images are representative; slight variations in color or hand-finished details may occur, particularly on distressed or hand-treated garments.

3. Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed with invalid payment information, or exceed quantity limits. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

4. Payments. All prices are in USD. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Initiating a chargeback on a valid order instead of contacting us first is a violation of these Terms; we respond to all disputes with full order documentation, tracking, and correspondence.

5. Returns & Shipping. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Store Credit & Gift Cards. Store credit and gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on this site — including photography, text, and design — is the property of End Market LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, End Market’s total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disputes & Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
